Dear TP:
As Commander in Chief of our troops over the WAR against
Terrorism already approved UNANIMOUSLY by Congress he needs no further "Permission" so long as he can demonstrate Sadam is behind Terrorism. I suspect he will do just that before further action taken. JDN

I think the decision given today in fact says that he doesn't need to ask permission. It is an awesome responsibility that goes with being the CIC. That's why many conservatives, myself included, felt Clinton wasn't fit for Presidency. Do we really want someone with Clinton's lax morals and self disipline and disregard for the truth to have that kind of power? Not me.
