Just how mant printers does one need? At work I have all 'pukers shareing 2 + 1 in my office. At home each (4 PCs) has its own as they are cheaper than networking setups. I good HP and the rest,, hell 1 was free by signing with Earthlink (free printer & scanner for 1 year and ya gotta have a backup if the highspeed sys drops). So,, Dell is going to compete with free-- their margins should suffer..

Which is why I suspect they're just trying to confuse HP and jerk them back and forth. Make them spend time working on non-existent issues. I doubt they'll get into the business yet.

If the whole business vanished overnight, HP's profit would probably go up!

I absolutely agree. Too bad they just bought a huge PC business. Good thinking, that. You go, girl!
