I suspect Bill will jump at the chance not to be responsive, but simply to have made a gratuitous, vicious calumny for which there is no evidence, and then posted many posts changing the subject. I, on the other hand, look forward with hope in my heart for a retraction and apology from him.

How about both E and Bill shut up about the death penalty? Second the motion! No amount of further posting will change any minds and it seems to be counterproductive to the enjoyment of any further browsing by others. Amen! All that talk about the death penalty is a red herring, a function of changing the subject. The subject is whether Bill will retract or reframe the statement he made or whether he should be relegated to trading stink bombs somewhere else with his soul brother, TP.
