Resolutions, police actions,....... Semantics John, pure semantics.......the president committed US troops to combat in each of those instances and without the consent of Congress at the time of the decision, and men and women lost their lives in the name of the pursuit of liberty and justice (for someone)or (somebody)and the same will happen with Iraq.......it is so, you can't see that..?? Re the Senate and the Congress, they make the Mafia look like pikers in their relentless ability to plunder and pillage the American middle class while serving their own self interests. thankfully the American system works in spite of itself, barley but it does work.
