LOL

Please submit list of all the dead people who appealed their cases, submitted new evidence, interested defense attorneys, obtained DNA tests.

Many cases of wrongfully convicted executed have occurred and been collected and documented. Whether they were innocent or not became moot once they were DEAD since investigation ceased. (Hate to be the one to break the news.) But the fairness and constitutionality of the process used to execute (I believe you expressed an interest in the law being applied fairly?) many individuals has been studied by scholars. It's not a reassuring picture.

Tell me, Bill. Do you believe, given the number of poor devils on death row who've been proven innocent recently by DNA evidence, that before DNA, everybody who got fried was guilty? In other words, do you believe that it's the DNA that magically caused their innocence -- or the fallibility of the system that caused their conviction?

Are you seriously proposing your belief that no innocent person has been executed? Seriously, bill?

Remember to tell me about the active ongoing investigations on behalf of corpses!

Okay, Laz, I lapsed. I blame a pain in the... head.
