I did a brief internet search, saw Baker as senior counsel, a fund with about $13bn in capital--not enough to make a difference globally, etc., etc. Why do you ask? Seems like a small to medium fry global player with some Baker connections. And if C. Powell has a son named Jerome, then also some diluted Powell connections. Scowcroft also has business dealings. He sits on QCOM's board. What am I to conclude about that? This kind of inquiry rarely goes anywhere.
