Absolutely not. It is basic to our freedoms to allow idiots to burn the flag if they feel like it. And Congress will be equally idiotic if they waste time even discussing it.

foul. We were talking about using language to cause personal harm or damages to another. I like the constitution the way it is. I especially like freedom of speech. However, speech used to cause injury (slander, libel, harrassment) is behavior that should be actionable without changing the constitution. In most cases the law is already present to support sanctions against this type of behavior. The lazy judicial system is to busy with corruption and irresoluted sentencing issues for heinous criminals to deal with their primary objective; peace.
