The people, in November, 2000, DECIDED that Bush knows more than anyone else about when to go to war with Iraq. They are lucky they didn't decide Gore was, as I truly believe he'd be confined to an asylum by now ("tsk-ing", and rolling his eyes at the shrinks).

They CERTAINLY don't believe that TOM DASCHLE or PAT LEAHY is qualified to make the decision, and they never will...
