Assuming, for the sake of the argument, that gangs of Muslim youth did commit gang rapes in Norway, would that tell us anything about Muslims in general?

For me, the real crux of Steyn's article was the quote from the professor saying that Norwegian women should not dress provocatively now that Muslims are living in Norway. If the good professor thinks that dressing modestly prevents rape, he's living in the Stone Age.

Rape is an expression of hatred and rage, not lust. If the rapists want sex, they can pay for it, or even get it willingly, assuming they're attractive, which they probably are not.
