there is probably no carrier in the US that is more in touch with what they want to accomplish, on what time scale, and what the attendant costs will be to add a mobile core network subsystem to their new evolved GSM core No doubt about it. They've been trained well to pay millions in fines and to smile while the new Nokia GSM networks suffer fatal crashes. So, yes, AWE knows all about the costs of failures and forklifts. If any company knows the meaning of the adage that the past is prologue, it is AWE.
