Homebuilders selling stock at record pace - FT
The Financial Times reports that execs across the US home-building industry have been selling shares in their co's at a record pace this year, suggesting they believe the country's housing mkt has peaked; in addition, it is the largest net sale of stock in the industry in quarterly records going back to 1996, and in many cases officers have sold more than 50% of their holdings over the past year.
