it doesn't make sense to put the money into a high-yield corporate bond fund if he expects long-term treasuries to hit 2 percent and the Dow to hit 4,000.

This thread is busy today!!! I noticed that Carter the manufacturer of childrens clothes is doing an IPO. As soon as their financials are available and if it looks like a value the stock might be an investment for our baby boom. I used to by carter clothing for my daughter. That was 40 plus years ago and they had quality products at that time. When I go out and about I will check and see if they still have quality and check to see if mothers still buy the brand.
