Maybe the lack of 1000 TICKs on the Naz is part of the problem - momentum never turned there, as it did on the NYSE (which now has too many 1000 TICKs).

On the other hand, the PC ratio has been a little high the last couple of days in the .80s.

on the contrary -- so many are looking for the last leg -- it may not come. yesterday we failed to get a strong advance into the close -- usually that's a done deal if we are anywhere near positive. I think it's going down -- feel free to buy the dow at 8300, but I think we've a far better chance of seeing that, than DOW 9100
