Goldstein is a terrorist racist lunatic who planned to blow up a group of people. Are you saying that the govt is using "Ex Parte Quirin 317 U.S. 1 (1942), the Nazi saboteurs case to hold Padilla." Is that what you are saying? Because here's what his attorney says: The document declares the evidence against Padilla to be “weak at best” and points out that while the government has classified Padilla as an “enemy combatant,” there has been no congressional declaration of war.
