Cobalt operates the same way Ashcroft and Bush operate.

Thank you. Honored to be in such august company.

FIrst Padilla is a non-citizen so we are legally correct in our treatment of him.

I never said Padilla was a non-citizen. Karen brought him up first.

Then CB finds out he is a citizen so a reference is found to support the new argument as to why citizens can be
treated this way.

Apparently you don't like the law, but the law doesn't care. As I said, it's implacable.

Then CB decides the podiatrist is a nut and not a terrorist.

According to the definition in the US code, he's not a terrorist. You could look it up yourself, if you know how.

I am very disappointed in CB's cavalier attitude toward the facts and CB's haste to state an intense rebuttal before research.

Oh bullshite. I cited Ex Parte Quirin, which you could also look up, if you know how.

Hello Rascal,

Then CB...
Then CB...
Then CB...etc, etc.

As I've said over and over, we comment on the news, not each other. Please heed.
