I don't see any signs in networking. (The enterprise sector
might be stabilizing but the telco sector is dead) Intel execs mentioned that they don't see any pickup in spending as corporations are not buying. The software capex might be a blip. I will be convinced when I see a trend. I believe
there is no urgency to try and catcgh a bottom. Let the techs prove themselves by rallying above the 200 day MA and holding. I will be interested in going long then.

Of course it is or it looks that way. MSFT raised its lic prices and corp accts had to pony up by the end of July at the latest.
