Am I seeing things? Less than 600m share volume on Naz as of a few moments ago? Don't remember volume being this light in last few years (5?)- not including 1/2 days..

Volume lower today than yesterday, again. Naz and S+P poking down below their uptrend lines (aug 5 and July 24, respectively) -- but the lack of volume has to make it suspect. I saw a few charts floating around yesterday that thought the Dow could launch into a wave 3 down here. If this is that wave 3, it's the wimpiest one we've seen in eons. That said, the SOX and BTK don't look so swell, each taking out yesterday's lows, though neither plummeting to the ocean floor.Maybe today is the day "smart money" doesn't buy in the last hour, thus leaving the market just at or near supports and letting bulls AND bears claim victory? the freep, remaining confused
