Karen, Sorry, I just supposed thats why you brought her into the discussion. As to Lindh - guilty of treason - yes. Provable - not likely. I think the Justice dept got about as much as they could given the circumstances. And lets not forget - there isn't a lot of precedence here. John btw - I have always agreed with your position on PH. Part of her problem was 'that' picture in the bank and her wealth. No one sees a rich spoiled kid as a victim - even if they were.
