I'm not sure what kind of scandal Dean is predicting. Although this is certainly true. " The President seems to have forgotten that it is not merely Americans who control our stock market. Foreign investors are a huge factor as well, and foreign money is going elsewhere. Bush's lack of credibility is even greater abroad" How does he expect to get other nations on our side. I don't think Cheney or Ashcroft hold much sway either.
