patron, Talked to the oldest daughter today, husband is being furloughed from American Airlines so they put their house on the market (St. Louis) for $278K (2 story,4 bdrm,2 1/2 bath). Lot of lookers and most are trying to downsize. One couple who looked - he works for QCOM, have a 6 bdrm, 3 1/2 bath,4 car garage,pool, 3 fireplaces, gated community and they have to sell and downsize. She said his wife was sobbing the whole time they were looking. Bill/WA
