exp, look at the weekly $BPCOMPQ and you could make a case for a re-trace here or another new lower low:

Goerge: Good point and one I have pondered. Note BPCOMPQ did not match lows of last Sept. as did BPSPX. I really think BPSPX dragged up BPNDX out of a sleepwalk. Geez, the Nasdaq has had its worst rally off any market bottom not even keeping up with the SPX. NDX stocks went for a joyride. Note also that smaller caps of BPCOMPQ lack liquidity and are less attractive. Note also that we are a month plus into this rally and BPCOMPQ has done jack. Note also the seasonally unfavorable period we are entering which favor the liquidity of large caps. So, one has to favor that the stocks of BPCOMPQ have had their shot and done nothing with it and that this is the real deal. I know some people are waiting for this thing to catch fire at this point but it is not favored. And look at it this way:
