I'm sorry did you just tell him he was like a Nazi? Or a friend of Nazis? Or a Nazi sympathizer? It struck me as very unworthy and low, and totally unrelated to the topic, as bringing the Nazis in usually is. Seems to me it is almost always a desperate resort to an utterly preposterous but highly emotional rhetorical device. Par for the course on SI of course- but I don't think I've even seen TP refer to the Nazis- have you? Does TP describe people as the kind of people who might say nice things about Hitler? Or perhaps tell people they are the kind of people that would have helped the Nazis? Does he do really silly off topic things like that? I'm curious- because I admit not to reading all of TP. So I might have missed his Nazi posts.
