There is also the dread P-Bomb that knocks out all Political intelligence in a target area. This was thought to be the ultimate weapon, but in domestic trials where its effect was simulated, it was found it led to an actual increase in efficiency all around, and its development has been abandoned. Apparently when politicians stop making decisions, it falls to ordinary people to do so, and since they have been carrying out all the normally illogical work anyway, when they decide to do something that makes sense for a change, things start to happen in a productive way. This could have disastrous consequences for an attacking army whose simulations are based on normal responses. EC<:-}
