the key word was elect I hardly think your example abortion patients would be in a position to elect and abortion,I believe in retoactive abortion in you case lol

Any system makes allowances for special cases. The rape and incest mantra is a farce which represents less than 1% of abortions and has been worked to death. The real difference between liberals and moderates is the liberal inability to make distinctions on a small scale.
