jj, I decided to employ some short term discipline. I decided to close my puts at the 30-minute 3-black crows target of 978 on the 30-minute. I thought they might try to defend the 980 NDX level or the 970 level.

If 970 fails, I plan to re-enter my puts. If we re-trace up a bit, I plan on re-entering at close to 1000 NDX.

The main thing was I wanted to lock in profits and look at where things were going. I actually nearly re-purchased my puts in A/H, but I missed by a few minutes.

i have some Sept QQQ puts

i loaded up on those last week, flipped about 2/3 of them so far. i'm selling the rest this morning - judging by the futures - because i don't want to hold through EOM and post-labor day table setting tape painting.

i may even go long for a day or two...
