you know...buyers in the 2M+ market don't have a lot to worry about..

it's the posers and the wannabes in the 500K to 1 M market that are getting burned.

(if you have to ask how much, you can't afford it)

Why do people go for multi story homes when spending all the money? Ya it's cheaper but damn all those stairs get old. Can I buy just the bottom floor? )
