O.J., You are saying "these are shakeout patterns..."!
We are in downtrend overall and any uptrend without good basing should wisely be considered as wedge and once it breaks, the selling accelerates. We have seen many of them for last year and this year.

And, this is what it seems happening now, IMO. By the way, "YHOO" here worth watching.
