Here's a question (though I know the answer, LOL)...why does the press get all bent out of shape with triple digit moves in the Dow?
By now, it's commonplace, and at these levels, to be expected. Particularly with volatility where it is.

When I was younger, and the Dow was at 800, I remember a 24 point move garnering alot of attention (it's my first real stock market memory). That's equivalent to about 270 points today. 120 points (or about 10 points when I was a kid) shouldn't cause a blink...yet it creates headlines.
Humans really are strange creatures, aren't they?
