Excellent chart and commentary. My feeling has been that we are in for a down move here for the next couple of weeks. I just don't see how we can sustain an upward move in the face of obvious instability in the Iraq situation, higher oil prices, and persistent weakness in the U.S. economy. I also think that mortgage rates may take one more significant leg down before the end of the year.
