Nope. Not in my office and not in any other NH law office that I am aware of. "Price fixing" violates the Code of Professional Responsibility. You are coming from the crooked union frame of reference so I can understand why you can't imagine honest pricing structures.

You sound jealous of people that can make it without a union. I will not begrudge you for needing their help (and consequently sticking up for them so strongly), but you shouldn't begrudge people who don't need it. It really is possible to make it and thrive in America on your own. It's not for everybody, but it can be done (and should be admired imo).

Many Americans don't think this way, but I wish they did.
