That's why there are unions, and that's why people join them. Frequently lost amidst all the anti-union rhetoric that you and JLA and others engage in is the fact that when you're in a union, there's a whole body of federal law that serves to protect. By the way, after the Enron collapse, the AFL-CIO sent some of its top people to Houston to see what it could do to help Enron's rank and file ... all of whom, I believe, were non-union.
