we're in a serious pickle -- there's no way round it. Hard times are certainly ahead. Some things you can prepare for and some you can't. The economic problems, corruption in the financial system, etc. -- may be a minor worry. We are certainly in a pickle geo-politically as well. I don't think Bush knows what to do. I don't envy him -- having to deal with the Saudis who sponsor terrorism, in order to finesse his way into attacking Iraq -- and what for -- I don't think it really is about the explicit purpose -- I think it is all about oil.
