Really? They contradicted their most recent 10-K?

"The Company did not pay dividends on its common stock in 2001 and does not expect to pay any cash dividends in the foreseeable future."

In other words, there is no visibility of a future dividend. Perhaps it was a REFR induced hallucination? :-)
