cool coin...the color's off in this photo, most choice walkers are bright silver and acquire a slight golden tone, adding to their beauty. I'm wondering if the new eagles will tone too. altocoins.com

scotty. Walkers are very nice coins.

But not being much of a coin collector, never got into filling in the rarer dates. The ones I've got are mostly the higher mintage years.

Morgan Silver Dollars are also beautiful coins. But only have a couple of those.

I heard that Merril Lynch started a fund to invest in rare coins back then ,1987. That 300,000,000$ drove the rare coin market to dizzying heights.Lots got burned An there were rumurs of the fund being "ethicly Challenged".
In the Uk, stamps have experienced an upsurge in interest,or so it was reported in the Daily Telegraph last week.
