An anonymous director reports
JML DRILL PROGRAM UNDERWAY AT MARTEN RIVER
The first phase drill program is under way at the Marten River diamond
project. Drilling commenced on Aug. 19, 2002, and will take place in two
separate target areas of the property. The Marten River property is located
approximately 80 kilometres south of known diamondiferous kimberlite pipes
located near New Liskeard, Ont.
In addition to the continuing drill program, prospecting for kimberlite
outcrops and ground truthing of known anomalies is continuing. This work is
scheduled to be completed by the end of October. Upon completion, an
additional 50 to 75 anomalies will be targeted for the second and third
phases of drilling planned for the fall and winter drill programs. Many of
these target anomalies will be those located under low-lying areas or lakes
which are best accessed after freeze-up. Overall access to drill targets
remains excellent and exploration activities at the project can be
completed year-round.

Hello, Frank. Thank you for sharing that Sarbanes-Oxley update, especially regarding the immediate implementation of Form 4 info, etc. For the record, I've NEVER been pleased with the old time-line in this regard, especially flaunted by the smaller market cap equities. There was NO effective penalty teeth in the old time-line in my opinion, and I've never seen any reference to what the penalties for non-compliance this go - round is either.

I notice that a small oversight, i.e., there was no source cite.

I'd like to have a cite if at all possible before I start quoting a source I do not have. I saw the name of some apparent legal firm at the bottom, but that didn't help me much since I don't recognize their names either. :(

Thank you, Frank.

Now, back to diamonds:
I notice you've been able to enjoy a well-earned vacation for the last few weeks. I hope you are just about through your recuperative period that always follows "re-entry"<grin>

Would you have a few words to say regarding your opinion wrt KRT? It would seem to me that theit recent news release deserves more than a yawn.
