You forgot what it takes to be journeyman is some unions. A journeyman is skilled professional which you want to have the ability to diss and replace with two bit hatchetmen. If the same held true for lawyers you would all make half of of what you make and the service would be a lot better. Before, you go distinguishing between unions and bar association, get ur facts, as a good number of unions are just that "trade associations" without a white collar to keep their hands clean and minds unchallenged and wallets lined......
