Joey,

Buy you a 2200+ here:

www.axiontech.com

While you're here, what do you think about the Intel and Bapco mess?

Steve

Actually, even some of the 2200 parts now say availability for mid-sept. AMD's 3Q will be a disaster. Vapor launching the 2400, 2600 parts, nitpicking over benchmarks, losing mkt. share as we speak are all signs and signals of a desperate company.

Only a born again AMDroid would fail to understand what happened. It was pure vapor. A pathetic attempt to defuse Intel's release of the 2.8GHz P4. Their ASP's are producing a red shift and they must of know that their phoney baloney vapor sample announcement would only buy them a week or so of believability, and them only by the very gullible. It's almost embarrassing.

BTW, those 2.8GHz P4s on pricewatch are all instock. AMD doesn't even have any listings for future delivery. What's the term for "pre vapor"?
