Possibly true. But common sense would suggest that the operatives involved in an effort like that would do everything possible to avoid Arab countries. It is much easier for them to maintain their cover, move freely, and move money if they stay in the West. Before we declare war on Islam we should stop and consider that this is exactly what Al Qaeda hoped to provoke with the 9/11 attacks: a state of war between Islam and the US. Do we really want to give him what he wants?
