I don't own much tech HJ -- i do own some JDSU (ouch -- hate to admit that!). I am just pissed that tech is wrecking the WHOLE market. If you can't beat them, join them. I went short the market this morning.

I know REITs offer dividends which will be valuable in the
ongoing bear market. But what happens to them when the
real estate bubble pops (as it must ) ? I think California
real estate is particularly vulnerable. I am a former bull turned bear. I don't think this bear market will end till all the former bulls including Abby Joseph Cohen, Joe
Battapaglia etc become bearish. Unfortunately we are a long way from Any suggestion for dividend producing stocks that
are not very volatile and will hold up well in an extended bear.

Thanks
