it's not a permanent problem,now everything seems to work fine.It happened few times before,yesterday late evening for at least 1 hr and today few times.

And do you mean at their site, or at someone else's site?...Yes,at their site only.

And, do you mean your Favorites Lists are empty?...Yes,empty...only grey squares.
