RtS, Maybe we have a little downside left on this latest downturn, but the last 4 days have been "brutal". I think we are due for a bounce here in the fairly near future.

As an example, in the last 4 days, AMAT is down 18 percent, KLAC is down 15 percent, NVLS is down 17 percent, etc.

Don and Gottfried. First Gottfried, is Zeev 80% long again? Is that what I am supposed to understand from that post? Second also for Gottfried the bp is a lagging measure of what is going on in the market. You have already admitted that to be true in previous posts.

Now Don, I would agree that the sell off the last few days has thus far in the semiconductors been strongly to the downside. Normally that would allow for a bounce. I do not think it will last long even if it comes. To me this looks like a sell off that will not bounce much until we hit the lower Bollinger Band for the SOX which tonight is at 279. True we could bounce when we get near 282 again first. We will see because the market has been moving on such low volume.

Finally as I checked virtually every index and industry chart tonight. All bad and looking to get worse. NXTL did have exceptional earnings this last quarter but the chart says it is down for a while from here.
