Maybe "THIS" is the new form of containment...Just talk and talk, send in all sorts of VIP's to say we MUST have proof, and agreement, maybe even a UN approval ...etcetraaaaaaaaaaahhhh... This could go on for two or three years. Democrats can talk more than the Republicans....and that is plenty. Saddam will say, "OK....this containment won't work. So oopsydaisy.....here's mud in yer' eye.....take that America." Then what? How long will it take for some Americans to figure out that the leaders of our country do have the best interest of it's citizens at heart....No matter if it was Clinton, and now it's Bush. (If it's Daschle or Strobe Talbott, now that would be another story altogether.)
