Augie, the thing about your brother is it's a bit easier with an older sibling for twins. I know 3-other people in that situation, and the older one tends to help out, even if it is only playing with or entertaining them for a bit.

You youngsters shouldn't fool yourselves. The real fun and work comes when they're teenagers. Believe me, I'm working with my third teenager. The infant-through toddler years were a piece of cake<g>.
