melt in your mouth garlic.

Every time my wife cooks beans
I make her throw in a head of garlic.
I let it boil with the beans then take it out when soft
And suck them cloves right out of their skin.
With the slight flavor of bean juice, this is the absolute best!

Only down side is you start to permeate the smell of garlic after a while :)
