flawed conclusion from martian capitol imo..math based on forward earnings expectations on s&p which are to high and will be revised down..the div yield on the s&p is around 2%..you think that represents value?..and to top it off their model uses t bills for comparison in valuation for s&p..well, incase you haven't looked those yields are near 40 year lows...just look at japan..if you used that same model for them you'd have lost your shirt.

That is dated stuff fwiw. All their upside targets have been met...and exceeded, off the downside targets... and he's looking for much lower prices in the next couple weeks as of the 26th of this month

regardless, i still agree with you that there will be opportunities from all sides of the markets
