Bob, I don't follow Novatel but here's the last news out of San Diego.
August 7, 2002
Novatel Wireless Inc. said yesterday that its board of directors has authorized a reverse stock split of a ratio between one for 10 and one for 20. The reverse split is to help the company avoid delisting by the Nasdaq Stock Market and is subject to approval of the company's stockholders.

Novatel, a San Diego maker of wireless modems, was told by Nasdaq in July that it no longer met the $1 a share minimum for Nasdaq National Market listing. Shares in Novatel remained unchanged yesterday, closing at 15 cents.
