Actually, Tim, they are directly linked.......many of the same chemicals found in smog are contributing to the global warming effect.

The two greatest contributors to global warming are CO2 and water vapor.

the substantive increase in cars during the 90's has not seen a commensurate increase in roadway miles. As a result, driving times have worsened.......the longer cars sit in traffic, the more junk they throw into the air.


True but most environmentalist oppose new road building.
