RESEARCH QUESTION: where do people think the real estate market has not topped out and would be an affordable place to live and find work? I live on the coast of maine (rent) and the cost of housing is sky high and the jobs are few and low pay to match expenses although it is heavenly beuatiful. Anyone know of research sites for such information.thanks..electra..i read this thread often but never post
