lurqing dude- ...first I'd instigate a search for those best able to identify "the best and the brightest". Then after a campaign to extol the virtues of public service, I'd use every possible way to cajole "the best and brightest" to give a few years back to the country that had given so much to them. that's a good start. why don't you just go ahead and do that anyway? you don't have to be president to that. lemme know who you find. -el not best and not brightest
