The remaining product areas you mention as remaining as of present date don't seem particularly primate-like, with the possible exception of Remedy. I don't know enough about the other two products, but they strike me as easily duplicated applications that would belong in a royalty line. To place them correctly in a royalty line, we'd need to know competitors, market shares, etc.

You say they bought Remedy primarily for the database. I don't quite understand that. Was there no product there, no IP? Seems very strange.
